1. Counsel appearing for the parties submits that direction given by this Court in its Order dated 17.04.2018 passed in WPS No.2597 of 2018 has since been complied with vide order dated 03.05.2019.

2. In view of the fact that the representation stands decided, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be proceeded with upon in the present Contempt Petition. The right of the petitioner stands reserved to challenge the subsequent order that has been passed by the respondents, if he so desires.
