1. Mr. P. Acharya appearing for the respondent produced a document Annexure R-1 dated 21.01.2020 whereby they have considered the case of the petitioner and have rejected the same.

2. In view of the fact that respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner, the order passed by this Court on 04.04.2019 stands duly complied with. However, in the event if petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21.01.2020 the only recourse available would be to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner for the same, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
