Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make additional representation before the respondent No. 4 for redressal of its grievance.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation before the respondent No. 4 for redressal of its grievance. On such representation being preferred, the said authority shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
