1. Earlier present appellant has preferred an appeal against judgment dated 15.10.2019 arising out of Special Criminal Case No. 04/2018 which is registered as Criminal Appeal No. 1567/2019. The appellant preferred present appeal subsequent to earlier appeal against the same judgment which is not maintainable.

2. Accordingly, present appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. However, counsel for the appellant may assist in Cr.A. No. 1567/2019.
