Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court is already under challenge in Writ Appeal Nos. 167/2019 & 170/2019, the contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed of reserving the rights of the petitioner to revive the contempt after the disposal of the writ appeals.

The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of. The respondents as of now stands discharged from the contempt proceedings.
