The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that though the petitioner has completed the probation period initially provided in the order of appointment but the department has not confirmed the services of the petitioner and the petitioner thereby is being deprived of the annual increments and also the benefit of Seventh Pay Commission. According to the petitioner, she has already made a representation to the respondent No. 3 but no decision in this regard has been taken by the respondents.

Let the petitioner make a fresh representation in this regard to the respondents No. 2 and 3 within a period of three weeks from today
supported with all the relevant documents and records and on such representation being made, the respondents No. 2 and 3 shall take a decision on the petitioner's representation within a further period of 90 days from the date of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
