1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was terminated on 26.11.2018, against that the petitioner has preferred a departmental enquiry on 09.09.2019. Limited prayer is made before this Court that the departmental appeal preferred by the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated time.

2. Considering this fact, if the petitioner has already terminated and appeal has already been preferred on 09.09.2019, the respondent No.2 shall decided the appeal of the petitioner within a period of 4 months.
