1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was sent on deputation to Zila Panchayat, Jagdalpur and started working from 25.07.2006 to 16.02.2016, since the petitioner was on deputation according to the existing circular of the State apart from salary, deputation allowance is also payable to the petitioner which he has not been paid. The petitioner

further submits that the petitioner had made a representation for this before the CEO, Zila Panchayat and he may be directed to decide the representation so that the petitioner is made known about his status.

2. Without any observation on the merits, if the deputation allowance is payable to a particular person then the authority to whom the representation is made may adjudicate the right of the petitioner. Therefore, the respondent No. 3 before whom the representation has been filed is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner for payment of deputation allowance in accordance to the exiting rules of the State within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
