1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the application pending before the respondent no.1 as Revenue Case No. 02/2014-15 for determination of tax in respect of the Nazul land occupied by the petitioner which he has received by way of allotment.

2. In view of the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 for

taking a decision in Revenue Case No. 02/2014-15 in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
