The counsel for the petitioner submits that, subsequent to the filing of the contempt petitioner, orders have been passed in favour of the petitioner granting him joining. He however submits that, the grievance of seniority, salary, etc. are yet to be decided.

The issue of seniority and salary for the intervening period cannot be decided in contempt petition.

Since, subsequently the petitioner has been granted joining this Court is of the opinion that, the respondent have complied with the order and no fruitful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the contempt petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioner for reagitating for any subsequent issues that remain to be adjudicated, the instant contempt petitioner stands disposed off.
