Agrawal Order On Board 06/02/2019 (1) Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P.(C) No. 2095/2017 dated 28.07.2017, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that order complained of has already been complied with substantially.

(3) In view of the fact that respondents have substantially complied the order of this court, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents.

(4) Accordingly, the rule issued is discharged and contempt proceeding is dropped. No order as to costs.
