1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is Superintendent Engineer with the Chhattisgarh State Power Transmission Company Limited has been transferred from Office of CSPTCL Bhilai to CSPDCL Durg. It is further submitted that within span of 2 years he has been transferred for 4 times.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is also

holding a post of Executive President of the Aarakashit Warg Adhikaari/Karmachaari Sangh (Annexure P-6) and as per Clause 1.4 of the Policy of the State, the person who holds some post in association, he cannot be transferred.

3. Considering the grounds which are raised by the petitioner and taking into the fact, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to Respondent No. 1 within 15 days from today, the transfer order in respect to the petitioner shall not be given effect to till the representation is made for a limited period. If such representation is made the same may be decided within a further period of 45 days, according to the existing circular and rules.
