The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 3875/2018 d/on 25/06/2018. 2.

The counsel for the respondent submits that, as per the directions given by this Court, the departmental appeal which the petitioner has preferred stands decided vide order dated 13/02/2019. A copy of the same is been brought on record after serving a copy to the petitioner also. 3.

Given the fact that the order stands complied with, this Court is of the opinion that, nothing further remains in the present Contempt Petition and the same accordingly stands disposed off. The respondent stands discharged of the contempt proceedings. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge any subsequent development before an appropriate forum.
