Sam Koshy Order On Board 14.12.2018 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is similarly placed if not senior to the persons who have been granted promotion on the post of Assistant Director under respondent no.2 yet she has not been granted promotion.

According to the petitioner, she has already made detailed representation and also prayed for similar promotion to be granted to her on the ground of parity, but the said representation has till date not been

decided neither has she been informed as to why she was not entitled for promotion and as to why she was not considered for promotion when the other similarly placed persons were granted promotion. 3.

Given the fact, let the respondent no.2 take a decision on the representation which the petitioner has made vide Annexure P-7 dated 30.11.2018. It is expected that respondent no.2 shall take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days form the date of receipt of copy of this order. Needless to mention that the petitioner would also have the liberty to file a fresh representation supported with all relevant documents in support of her claim.
