With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard and is being finally disposed off at the motion stage.

The limited prayer which the petitioner has made through the instant Writ Petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the circulars of the State Government dated 05/03/2008 and 16/08/2012. 3.

The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the petitioner has been working with the respondents as a Daily Wage Employee since 1985 onwards and he fulfills all the requisite criteria which has been laid down by the Government in its circular dated 05/03/2008.

Given the said facts, let the respondents take an appropriate decision so far as the claim of the petitioner for regularization is concerned keeping in view the aforementioned two circulars dated 05/03/2008 and 16/08/2012 at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today. 5.
