2. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 13.12.2017 passed in WPC. No.3363/2017.

3. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one opportunity to the respondents/contemnors in the writ petition No. WP(C). No.3363/2017 to ensure compliance of this Court's order dated 13.12.2017.

4. The petitioner may also make additional representation alongwith the copy of this order within ten days form today before the respondents and, in turn, the respondents shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 13.12.2017 in its letter and spirit expeditiously.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the contempt case stands finally disposed of.
