Heard on the petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. which has been brought praying for modification in order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1468 of 2018 dated 22-11-2018.

It is submitted that in the impugned order by mistake typographical error has been committed showing the District as Janjgir-Champa instead of District Narayanpur, because of which, the applicants/petitioners have not been able to furnish bail bonds, which may be modified.

Learned counsel for the State/Respondent has no objection. 4.

Perused the order dated 22-11-2018 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.(A) No.1468 of 2018 and I am of this opinion that a typographical mistake has been committed, therefore, the petition is allowed. 5.

It is ordered that in the cause title of order dated 22-11-2018 in M.Cr.C. (A) No.1468 of 2018 in the details of the respondent, District Janjgir-Champa should be hereinafter read as District Narayanpur.
