A report has been received from the Station House Officer, City Kotwali, Raipur according to which, it appears that written complaint filed by the complainant C.K. Shrivastava is still under enquiry in which the applicant has appeared and given his statement. There is nothing to suggest that any criminal offence has been registered against this applicant.

Hence, for this reason, there does not appear any apprehension of arrest of this applicant, therefore, for the present, this application for grant of anticipatory bail +is disposed off.
