1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred from Community Health Center, Pathalgaon, Distt. Jashpur to Community Health Center, Malkharoda, District Janjgir Champa. It is contended that after the transfer was made, he joined his place of transfer and subsequent to it, he was initially given charge by order dated 21.09.2019 by the outgoing Block Medical Officer Dr. K.L. Uraon. However, the Chief Medical and Health Officer cancelled the order of granting charge to the petitioner and directed him to hand over the charge to respondent No.4 who has already been transferred from Malkharouda.

2. The issue as has been raised is completely an administrative arrangement in an office. This Court in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot step into the shows of a Superior Officer to monitor the work of handing over and taking over of charge of a particular job and as such it cannot direct to assign a particular work to a particular person. The petitioner, if so advised, may make a representation to the Superior Officer raising all his grievances. The petition has no merit and is dismissed. Sd/- (GOUTAM BHADURI) JUDGE R a o
