1. So far as the default No. 3 is concerned, counsel for the petitioner prays for he may be permitted to carry out the correction during the course of the day. On oral request of the petitioner, stands allowed and he is permitted to carry out the defaults during the course of the day itself.

2. So far as other defaults are concerned, the same stands over ruled.

3. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 30/11/2018 passed in WPS No. 7851/2018. The MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order to the

extent that the name of the father of the petitioner has been wrongly typed in the said order. Accordingly the said error occurred on the part of the petitioner himself who had wrongly mentioned it in the original writ petition. According to the petitioner the name of the petitioner's father is Shyam Sundar Suryavanshi whereas it has been wrongly got typed as Awadesh Prasad Suryavanshi. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that there was another error to the extent that Janpad Panchayat has been wrongly mentioned in the writ petition in as much as in the writ petition the Janpad Panchayat, mentioned is of Kewari but it ought to have been Janpad Panchayat, Ramchandrapur.

4. Both these errors on the part of the petitioner seems to be due to some clerical error on the part of his office, the same is not opposed by the State counsel so far as the rectification is concerned.

5. Accordingly the present MCC stands modified and the name and address of the petitioner shall be now read as Awadesh Prasad Suryavanshi S/o "

ShyamSundar Suryavanshi aged about 42 years R/o Village Kewali, Post Chaki, Janpad Panchayat Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur, Ramanujganj, (C.G.) Insted of Awadesh Prasad Suryavanshi S/o Awadesh Prasad Suryavanshi aged about 48 years R/o Village Kewari, Janpad Panchayat Kewari,

6. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off. Let a copy of the order passed in the present MCC be made part of the record of the WPS No. 7851/2018 decided on 30/11/2018.
