The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that the petitioner being disabled person is entitled for the benefit of reservation in the promotion also to the next promotional post which the petitioner is supposed to get is that of the post of Assistant Director (Horticulture). 2.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that, a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the repeated representations which the petitioner has made in this regard.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. 4.
Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 to take a decision on the representations of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days and in case if the petitioner is entitled for the benefits as per the circulars of the State Government, the same be extended to the petitioner. 5.
