dispute the petitioner's contention that the matter in issue in this petition is similar to the one decided by this Court in WPC No.2655 of 2016 (Jyoti Gugel Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others) and other connected petitions on 13.10.2017.

3. In view of the joint statement made, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed on 13.10.2017 in the matter of Jyoti Gugel (Supra).
