1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was retired from the post of Head Master on 01.01.2015 under the Respondent No. 3 Block Education Officer Pali District Korba.

2. It is stated that after retirement though the pension and other retiral dues were released. However, the amount of Group Insurance Scheme (GIS) and the amount of leave encashment of the petitioner have not been paid. It is contended that the petitioner has made several representations on 08.04.2016, 13.05.2016, 20.07.2016 and again on 21.09.2016, however, the same are undecided and no reply was given.

3. The State Counsel is directed to seek instruction on the earlier date 17.12.2019. Today also, the State Counsel sought for time to file

-2reply. Considering the small issue involved in this case and the petitioner has already made representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 for releasing the amount of GIS and Leave encashment. It appears that several representations which have been filed and each appears to be received by the respondent No. 2 & 3, it is directed that respondents No. 2 & 3 shall decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of payment of GIS and leave encashment after evaluating entire facts within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and If the payment so calculated is payable, it should be paid forthwith.
