1. Earlier the Writ Petition bearing W.P.(S) No. 4737 of 2018 was dismissed by the Registry on 07/09/2018 in non-compliance of peremptory order dated 24/07/2018.

2. There is no need of condonation of delay, thus application for condonation of delay is rejected without considering the merits.

3. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw I.A. No. 1 application for exemption from filing certified copy of order dated 09/07/2015 and I.A. No. 2 application for linking the present petition along with W.P.(S) No. 847/2017, 4177/2018 and 4101/2018 hence I.A. Nos. 1 & 2 are rejected as not pressed by the applicant.

4. Heard on application for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 4737/2018.

5. Counsel for the applicant submitted that now he has been received certified copy of order dated 09/07/2015. Earlier writ petition was

dismissed on account of non-production of said order in stipulated time.

6. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, application for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 4737/2018 is allowed. The aforesaid petition is restored in its original number.

7. Applicant is directed to file the said certified copy of order within seven days from today. Thereafter Registry is directed to list the case.

8. Application for restoration of W.P.(S) No. 4737/2018 is disposed of accordingly.
