1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Kharsura, Janpad Panchayat Surajpur to Gram Panchayat Sapha, Janpad Panchayat Odgi by impugned order dated 05.09.2019 (Annexure P-1).

2. The main contention of the petitioner is that the order of transfer is in violation of Rule 27 of Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1999, in as much as the petitioner is being transferred from one Janpad Panchayat to another Janpad Panchayat.

3. Given the said facts, let the petitioner make a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondents in turn shall decide the same

within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
