No.2 application for condonation of dealy in filing application for setting aside the abatement of the Criminal Appeal No.420/2000.

On due consideration the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Heard on instant CRMP to set aside the abatement of appeal. Earlier this Court has dismissed Criminal Appeal No.420/2000 on 04.10.2018 on account of death of sole appellant R.D. Kaushik who died on 23.04.2018 and no application was preferred on behalf of the legal representatives of the sole died appellant within 30 days from his death. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, looking to the reasons assigned in said CRMP, said CRMP is allowed and order of abatement of said criminal appeal dated 04.10.2018 is set aside. Criminal appeal No.420/2000 is restored in its original number.

Instant CRMP is disposed of accordingly.
