2. On the petitioner's application, the Naib Tehsildar, Jaijaipur has
drawn revenue proceedings vide Annexure P/3. However, the proceedings have not been finalised and the private respondents have been allowed to remain in occupation of the Government land.
3. Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending before the Naib Tehsildar, Up-Tehsil, Hasaud, Tehsil Jaijaipur, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the said authority to decide the petitioner's application, at the earliest, by a speaking order, preferably within a period of 4 months from today.
