1. This is the third bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier his first bail application was rejected by this Court considering prima facie case against him by vide order dated 02/05/2019 passed in MCRC No.2569/2019. His second bail application was dismissed by this Registry by order dated 11/11/2019 for non-compliance of Court order dated 23/10/2019 passed in MCRC No.6894/2019.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial may be expedite.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as early as possible. Trial Court is also directed to take all steps for the disposal of the case.

4. Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to send a copy of this order immediately to concerned trial Court.
