The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure (P-1) dated 5/10/2018, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Mahasamund to Raipur.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner was transferred only on 4/6/2018 on promotion from Dhamtari to Mahasamund. The petitioner immediately assumed his charge and barely having worked at Mahasamund less than 4 months , the present impugned order has been passed. 3.

Given the facts, let petitioner move a representation to the respondent No.1 apprising the respondent No. 1 in respect of these developments and respondent No. 1 in turn shall reconsider the case of the petitioner and pass a fresh order. Let a representation be filed within a period of 15 days from today and respondent in turn shall decide the same within a further period of 30 days

from the date of receipt of the representation. Meanwhile the impugned order so far as the petitioner is concerned shall not given effect to . 4.
