1. The Challenge in the present writ petition is to the show-cause notice dtd. 13.08.2019. Though, show-cause notice was issued on 13.08.2019 which has been promptly received by the petitioner and also the present writ petition is being filed after more than 3 months from the date of receipt of the show-cause notice.

2. The contention of the counsel for the Petitioner is that after receiving the show-cause notice, he had moved an application for providing certain data enabling him to file detailed reply which till date is pending consideration. Respondents have not taken any further decision on the show-cause notice.

3. Given the said fact as contended by the counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have not finalized show-cause notice initiated against the petitioner on 13.08.2019, it is directed that the respondent No. 3 shall decide the proceedings on the show-cause notice that has been initiated

-2against the petitioner in accordance with Rules and the Policy governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from today.
