1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 13.07.2018 passed in WPS No. 4562/2018.

2. The direction given by this Court was to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner so far as grant of compassionate appointment is concerned.

3. Shri V.R. Tiwari, Addl. A.G. appeared before this Court on an instruction and submitted that respondents are facing difficulty in finalizing the claim of compassionate appointment in the light of there being two persons claiming for compassionate appointment. While issuing the said order, the respondents have made a correspondence to the petitioner for reaching of a consensus as to the claim for compassionate appointment to be made and thereby appropriate order could be passed.

Given the said facts and circumstances of the case that the respondents have scrutinized the claim of the petitioner and kept it pending in the light of there being more than one person claiming for compassionate appointment, this Court find that the order has been duly complied with. Next course of action, if any, has to be taken at the level of the petitioner.
