Taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is shown for non-appearance of counsel for the petitioner at the time, when the matter was called out for hearing. 3.

Accordingly, the order of dismissal passed by this Court on 11-11-2019 in Cont. No.831 of 2018 is hereby recalled and the Cont. No.831 of 2018 is restored to its original number and be listed for hearing, subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- by the petitioner before the High Court Legal Aid Committee within two weeks. 4.
