1. The limited grievance which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondents No. 2, 3 & 4 for taking the decision on the pending representation which the petitioner has filed before them as early as possible on 02.11.2018.

2. Given the limited facts and considering the nature of dispute raised, this Court without entering the merits of the case so far as the entitlement is concerned disposes off the present writ petition with a direction to respondents No. 2, 3 & 4

to take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
