The petitioner has challenged the order Annexure P-1 dated 1/10/2018. Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time submits that petitioner is ready to comply with the transfer order. The only hindrance the petitioner is now facing is that two children of petitioner are studying in class 11th and class 12th respectively and the final examination of his children are to be held very soon, therefore, the department may consider the case of the petitioner by not relieving him to the transferred place till 31/3/2019. Thereafter, the petitioner is ready to comply with the order.

Let the petitioner move a fresh application to respondent No. 1 who in turn should consider the grievance of the petitioner particularly the reasons assigned in the representation and shall also consider not to relieve the petitioner till

31/3/2019. Let a decision be taken at the earliest in this regard till, then it is expected that the respondents would not insist upon the compliance of the impugned order.
