The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.96/2013, registered at Police Station Surajpur, District Surajpur, for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B) (ii) (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

2. For the fact that the earlier bail application filed by the applicant has already been allowed, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail

application.
