The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the case No.A-74/2015-16 which is pending consideration before the respondent No.3. 2.

Considering the fact that the case of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent No.3 for a period of more than 3-4 years, the respondent No.3, at this juncture, is directed to decide the case of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
