1. The instant petition is for the reason that the petitioners were working as Assistant teachers and were appointed under the Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Bharti Tatha Seva Ke Sharte) Niyam, 2012 and they have completed more than 7 years of service, therefore, as per the rules of 2012, they should be considered for promotion as they have already entered into the consideration for zone of promotion by virtue of their entitlement of period of service rendered. The petitioners contents that they are working as Assistant Teachers which would be subject to verification of completion of their necessary service record. The petitioners since have made a representation ( Annexure P-3) to Respondent No. 5, the same may be decided within a further period of 90 days regarding entitlement of the petitioners for further promotion to the post of Teacher.

2. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the individuality to their entitlement of promotion. It is only the consideration which is to be decided.

3. With the above observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Jyoti
