1. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

2. On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay in filing the restoration application is condoned.

3. This is an application for restoration of F.A.M. No. 129 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court's order dated 20.11.2017.

4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and F.A.M. No. 129 of 2017 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 2,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.
