1. This is the second bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC. Earlier his first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 26/03/2019 in MCRC No. 1132/2019.

2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that out of 20 only one prosecution witness has been examined, thus trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial within stipulated time.

3. Instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, however, trial Court is directed to dispose of the case as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Trial Court is also directed to submit progress report of the trial in every two months.

4. Registrar (Judicial) is also directed to send a copy of this order immediately to concerned trial Court.
