1. The petitioner who is working as Project Officer at Integrated Child Development Service Project, Pamgarh, Distt. Janjgir Champa has been transferred to Integrated Child Development Service Project, Tokpal, Distt. Bastar by impugned order dated 08.11.2019 which is under challenge in this petition.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is aged about 61 years and had already served in the scheduled area for more than 4 years and at the fag end of service she has been again transferred to scheduled area though she already rendered service in schedule area for a considerable period, therefore, her transfer may be cancelled.
3. Taking into consideration the grievance of the petitioner that she is at the verge of retirement and she has already worked in the scheduled area for more than four years and now she is aged in between 60 and 61 years, this writ petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation raising all her grievances to the Grievance Reddressal Committee within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided within a further period of 45 days from the date of representation.
4. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the impugned order shall not be given effect to.
5. With the above observations, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
