1. Heard.

2. The grivence of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been transferred from Integrated Child Development Scheme, Sarkanda Belha-2 District Bilaspur to Integrated Child Development Scheme Mainpur, District Gariaband.

3. It is contended that the petitioner husband is also working at Bilaspur. It is further contended that the petitioner has already served 6 years in the scheduled area and is again being sent to schedule area apart form that reference is made to the medical document (Annexure P-5) therefore the transfer may be cancelled. It is further contended that the petitioner has

already made a representation (Annexure P-4) to the Grievance Redressal Committee, however, the same is not being decided.

4. Perused the documents.

5. Perusal of the documents shows that the petitioner has already made a representation (Anenxure P-4) to Grievance Redressal Committee against her transfer and the same appears to be received in the office on 26.08.2019. Since it appears that the representation has not been decided. The petitioner is given liberty to make a fresh representation within 15 days from today to the Grievance Redressal Committee. The same being filed shall be decided by the Committee within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, if the transfer of the petitioner has not given effect to the same shall be stayed till the representation is decided.
