1. The case of the petitioner is that he had applied for voluntary retirement and when no decision has been taken thereon, he filed writ petition bearing WPS No. 2908 of 2019 wherein this Court has passed the order dt. 02.05.2019 directing the respondents to take a decision for voluntary retirement. Pursuant to the said order, a decision was taken by the respondents and the application for VRS retirement of the petitioner was accepted on 16.08.2019 vide Annexure P-4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the petitioner was proceeded on voluntary retirement, till date neither the retiral dues have been paid nor any monthly pension is being paid to him and the survival of the petitioner has become a problem. It is submitted that the petitioner has made a
representation on 11.11.2019 vide Annexure P-5 for releasing the retiral dues and for fixation of pension, which may be directed to be decided within a stipulated period.
3. Considering the prayer made, for the time being, it is directed that since the petitioner has already filed representation on 11.11.2019 (Annexure P-4) before the concerned respondents, the same shall be considered within a period of two months from the date of presentation of this order. In the meanwhile, it is also directed that provisional pension shall be released forthwith for survival of the petitioner till the entire retiral dues are paid and final pension is fixed. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed off. Cc as per rules.
