Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the Appellate Tribunal under the RERA Act has already become functional, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to prefer a duly constituted appeal before the Tribunal. He further prays for supply of certified copy. As prayed for, the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to prefer a duly constituted appeal.
