Shri Ratnesh Kumar Agrawal, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 25/01/2019 The grievance in this petition is that though the petitioner's case has been considered and recommended after the order passed by this Court on 06/02/2018 in WPS No.514/2016, till date, no orders have been passed. The petitioner had filed the petition aggrieved by rejection of his claim for regularisation. This Court allowed the petition and directed consideration of petitioner's case. Thereafter, his case has been considered, he has been found fit and recommendations have been made way back on 31/12/1997, but till date, no decision has been taken.

Considering the above circumstances, at this stage, this contempt petition is disposed off. If no decision is taken by the respondents in another two months, this inaction would be treated as willful disobedience and flouting the Court order.
