HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 1051 of 2019 Kuber Grih Nirman Co Operative Societies Limited Versus Ku. Jyoti Baghel 22.11.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for appropriate correction in the Order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Contempt Petition No. 192/2018.

The modification sought for is to the extent that inadvertently while disposing off the contempt petition in paragraph instead of "Contempt Petition" the words "Writ Petition" has been reflected. That seems to be a clerical error on the part of the person who had typed the order.

With the aforesaid reason, the present MCC stands allowed. Accordingly, the Order dated 19.11.2019 passed in Contempt Petition No. 192/2018 in the last paragraph instead of "Writ Petition" it shall be read as "Contempt Petition". With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed-off.
