This is an application for restoration of WPC No.2623/2018, which was dismissed for non compliance of the Court order dated 24.09.2018.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.2623/2018 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today. 3.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
