The grievance in the instant case is that the petitioner has worked more 7 years on contractual employment with the respondents on account of petitioner involved in the criminal case contract has not been subsequently renewed. 2.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has since been released on bail in the said criminal case but the respondent authorities has not considered and renewed his contract nor have they accepted joining of the petitioner. 3.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case particularly taking note of the fact that the petitioner was a daily wage employee on
contractual basis therefore the only relief which could be given by this Court is to approach the authorities in the department for ventilating his grievance. If such application is moved, authorities may consider the same in accordance with the rules.
