1. Pursuance to order dated 07.01.2020 of this Court, relative of the prosecutrix namely, Chatur Saha S/o Shababo Saha is present today. On being asked, he has made his objection regarding grant of bail to the applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw present bail application with direction to the trial Court to dispose of the matter as early as possible.

3. State counsel has no objection to the preposition put-forth by the applicant.

4. Accordingly, the MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with

direction to the Court below to make all the endevour for deciding the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the Court below concerned.
