1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is transferred from Community Health Centre Somni to Primary Health Centre Bharritola, Block Manpur, District Rajnandgaon .

2. It is contended that the petitioner is a class 3 employee and the petitioner has made a representation to the employer wherein there is recommendation by the Director Health Services for cancellation of the

transfer of the petitioner (Annexure P- 2).

3. In view of this, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee within 15 days from today. The representation so filed shall be decided within 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
