1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application, which the petitioner has filed intimating the respondent No.2 in respect of the illegal encroachment being made by the private persons on the government land bearing khasra No. 301 situated at Civil Lines Khairagarh, Tehsil Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon.

2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to immediately process the application of the petitioner and take appropriate steps and conduct an inquiry and take appropriate measure as applicable in the given case.

4. Let this exercise be completed by the respondent No.2 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
